Town of Fond du Lac
New 1 or 2 Family Homes
For all new 1 or 2 Family Dwellings, please use the Wisconsin electronic building permit form. This permit will contain spaces for contractor license numbers and the expiration dates of their licenses.
You will need to provide your building plans, site plan, energy worksheet, County Land Use permit, Sanitary Permit, Culvert Application, and any other document that maybe important to issue this permit. These documents are preferred to be electronic via email or file share.

Town of Fond du Lac is fully Delegated for Commerical Building plan reviews of any size along with Plumbing plan reviews

We prefer electronic plans and drawings. Please email them along with your permit application.
