New 1 or 2 Family Homes
For all new 1 or 2 Family Dwellings, please use the Wisconsin electronic building permit form. This permit will contain spaces for contractor license numbers and the expiration dates of their licenses.
You will need to provide your building plans, site plan, energy worksheet, County Land Use permit, and any other document that maybe important to issue this permit. These documents are preferred to be electronic via email or file share.

Town of Marshfield is fully Delegated for Commerical Building plan reviews of any size along with Plumbing plan reviews
Town of Marshfiled BUILDING & ZONING PERMIT APPLICATION
Please upload the permit application, fill out what is applicable, and email or mail the application back. We prefer electronic plans and drawings. Please email them along with your permit application. If mailed no larger than 8.5″x11″ paper is accepted
Items needed to process a permit (depends on permit type) but not limited to: permit application, site plan, building plans, Copy of Land Use Permit (Shoreland Zoning), wall bracing details
